It's Wed and we are still stuck in our house because of the winter storm. It started snowing last Sunday late and then added some freezing rain. Since then, we saw freezing fog and drizzle, more snow, sub zero temps and lots of wind. One day the temp must be 32.1 degrees because I saw some water dripping off the roof.
Due to the wind we had drifts of snow on our screen porch. Yesterday and today I spent several hours shoveling snow. I can not remember the last time I did that. We gave our snow shovel years away, so I used a garden spade.I want the major snow gone before the warm up starts. That will be Fri if you believe the weather people. That means at least 2-3 more days before we can go anywhere in the car. What can I do next to stay active?
