It's Sunday, but we were up early not for church but to grocery shopping. All the weather people are predicting that a nasty winter storm is heading our direction. This storm includes snow, rain, and freezing rain starting late this evening. It starts with 3-5 inches of snow then the other stuff. The worse part is that the bad weather will continue for 2-3 days. When you live in the mountains like we do, that means we will be stuck here until the ice covered road are clear.
Anyway, we went shopping for some essentials in case the weather prediction is right and we can't go out for a while. After shopping and some lunch Lydia and I settled back to wait for the Packer playoff football game at 4pm. The game went the Packers way until late in the 3rd quarter. The Eagles made a comeback and most of the 4th quarter was a nail biter. A Packer interception in their end zone clinched the victory. The Packer's next opponent is the Atlanta Falcons next Saturday. We will be watching and wearing all our green and gold stuff.
